Dr. Kingsley E. Enerijiofi obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) degree in Environmental and Public Health Microbiology from the University of Benin. He is a registered member of American Society for Microbiology, Nigerian Society for Microbiology, Materials Science Society of Nigeria, Society for Applied Microbiology, United Kingdom and International Society for Development and Sustainability, Japan. 

He has over Nine (9) years of Teaching and Research experience at the University level and engaged in teaching Environmental Microbiology and Molecular Biology courses. His current research interests spans through Biodegradation studies, Pollution control, Environmental Sustainability and Public Health.  He has attended and presented papers in scientific conferences and workshops wiithin and outside Nigeria. He is published in both Local/National and International Peer Review Journals of high repute. Dr. Kingsley E. Enerijiofi is on the Editorial Board of over Ten Local / National and International Peer Review Journals.

Dr. Enerijiofi has served as member and Chairman of some committees at the Departmental, College and University level. He is a member of Research and Innovation Committee of Samuel Adegboyega University, Post Graduate Coordinator of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences and Board Member, School of Post Graduate Studies. He is also the College representative on the College Board of Humanities.

He is currently a Senior Lecturer and Head of Biological Sciences Department and the Editorial Secretary / Manager of Samuel Adegboyega University Science and Technology Journal (SAU Sci. - Tech. J.), an Official Journal of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences, Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, Nigeria. He served as  the Chairman, Conference Organising Committee of the 1st International Collaborative conference and exhibition, 2019 jointly organised by the College of Basic and Applied Sciences, Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa and Pax Herbal Clinic and Research Laboratories, Ewu. Dr Enerijiofi has just been appointed the Director of Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) of Samuel Adegboyega University. He has been elected to represent Senate on the University Governing Council.

He is happily married to Mrs O. E. Enerijiofi and the Union is blessed with lovely children.
